Service Use

By using Tradersmind, users acknowledge and agree that all signals, analysis, chart analysis, and trade reviews provided through the platform are strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Tradersmind does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

Subscription and Credit Access

Users can purchase monthly subscriptions or credit packages offered by Tradersmind. Credit validity is 1 year from the date of purchase, unless a different validity period is explicitly stated for a specific package. Credits are deducted from the user’s available balance when the user requests signals, chart analysis, or trade reviews, in accordance with the applicable credit requirements of the platform.

Payment

Payments are accepted through USDT TRC20. Users must submit the required transaction hash and/or payment screenshot for payment verification. Subscription or credit access is activated after the payment has been successfully verified and confirmed by Tradersmind.

Refund Policy

Once a subscription or credit package has been activated, the payment is considered final and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.

Agent Commission

Agents earn commission on verified subscription payments and credit package purchases in accordance with the agreed revenue-share percentage. Commission calculations are based exclusively on verified user payments and Tradersmind platform records. The applicable revenue-share percentage is determined by the agreed Agent/Revenue Share terms.

Prohibited Use

Users must not:

  • Misuse or abuse the Tradersmind bot or platform.
  • Share, transfer, or distribute paid access without authorization.
  • Attempt to manipulate, duplicate, transfer, or fraudulently obtain credits.
  • Attempt to bypass platform security, access controls, or usage restrictions.
  • Use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or illegal activities.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with the normal operation or security of the platform.

Tradersmind reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Risk Acknowledgment

Users acknowledge and understand that trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Tradersmind does not guarantee profits, returns, trading outcomes, or the accuracy of any signal or analysis. Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions, risk management, and any resulting gains or losses.
